What you will do

• Partner with the SMC team to develop a strategic roadmap of events for client engagement.
• Create imaginative brand experiences designed to drive the adoption of hirify.global ads.
• Execute comprehensive project timelines, trackers, and budgets for targeted events.
• Manage global relationships with new and existing venues and vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Oversee end-to-end event production, including venue selection, registration, and on-site execution.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing and producing global events.
• Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Google, Apple, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work from the Dubai office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience or understanding of the ad tech space.
• Experience in the art, museum, and culture sectors.
• Arabic fluency is preferred due to the MENA remit.
