What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
• Manage and allocate media budgets to maximize ROI while adhering to marketing constraints.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand alignment.
• Track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in planning across display, search, social, and offline campaigns.
• Extensive experience with the full communications planning process.
• Proven track record in client management, stakeholder handling, and presenting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends, customer demographics, and media landscapes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dubai office 4 days per week.
