What you will do

• Design and ship systems for deploying hirify.global apps across multiple hyperscalers into customer-controlled clouds.
• Build and own connectors integrating hirify.global with enterprise platforms like identity providers and data systems.
• Own systems end-to-end from architecture, implementation, deployment, to production iteration.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers to turn customer needs into scalable platform features.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and product teams to maintain enterprise coherence.
• Contribute to technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping full-stack products for business-critical systems.
• Fluent in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Go/Rust or similar with quick learning).
• Hands-on experience deploying production systems across AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, Terraform, private networking, identity, and key management.
• Track record building reliable third-party API integrations.
• Strong systems design and product sense for isolation, performance, security, and customer unblocks.

Nice to have

• Shipped multi-hyperscaler products or customer-cloud deployments.
• Built Kubernetes operators, deployment platforms, or multi-cloud control planes.
• Integrations with major enterprise platforms.
• Compliance work like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience in founding or early startup environments.
