What you will do
- Deliver high-quality features across the full stack for enterprise SaaS products.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members and ensuring dependable delivery estimates.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine and execute the technical roadmap.
- Build and strengthen the developer community through guilds and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in sprint planning and execution to ensure smooth delivery of improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation with a strong focus on testing, CI/CD, and scalability.
Requirements
- Frontend expertise implementing web apps using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Backend expertise in developing microservices with Node.js, REST, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch).
- Strong understanding of automated testing (unit/integration) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting developers in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Must be based in the UK
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS services (SNS/SQS, S3, CloudFormation) and DevOps principles.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AWS ECS, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern tools like Vite, Next.js, and Cypress.
- Experience with Express and Apollo Server.
