What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, resolving technical issues for colleagues face-to-face and remotely.
- Manage user access, onboarding, and software licensing to maintain system security and efficiency.
- Take ownership of IT asset lifecycles, including setup, configuration, and regular audits.
- Support and maintain modern workplace technology, such as AV equipment, video-conferencing systems, and workstations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of SaaS environments, Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to support both office-based and remote colleagues across various locations.
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup, including laptops, docks, and AV systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
