What you will do

  • Lead the development and delivery of audience strategies, championing audience-first thinking within planning and strategy teams.
  • Build cohesive 360-degree customer profiles using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data from online and offline sources.
  • Develop strategic audience segmentation to drive omnichannel personalization and targeted media buying.
  • Drive the adoption and localization of regional and global data solutions and innovation in technology for clients.
  • Supervise the end-to-end process of audience planning, activation, and measurement, providing optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data and media partners to create custom audiences and validate destinations across all channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Expertise in precision planning, audience segmentation, and 1P/2P/3P data collection and integration.
  • In-depth understanding of MarTech/AdTech stacks, including CRM, CDP, DMP, programmatic, and social platforms.
  • Experience connecting audience segmentation with addressable media platforms and executing omnichannel user journeys.
  • Proven ability to lead change and spearhead effectiveness and efficiency in media operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong present-to-persuade and facilitation abilities.

  • Experience in Brand and Campaign Strategy.

  • Broad expertise in Marketing Analytics and measurement solutions.
