What you will do

  • Develop and execute the content strategy and thought leadership engine, utilizing consultants to demonstrate firm caliber.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels to ensure national scale and consistency.
  • Drive brand awareness and inbound acquisition for both prospective consultant lawyers and clients.
  • Create marketing collateral and campaign support for sales and business development teams.
  • Manage the firm's reputation, including PR, legal directory submissions, and award entries.
  • Lead and develop a team of two marketing executives, focusing on outcomes and audience understanding.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the legal sector or professional services.
  • Proven track record of building B2B content and thought leadership programmes.
  • Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Ability to produce and oversee diverse formats including video, podcasts, webinars, and long-form content.
  • Experience in team management within fast-moving, scaling businesses.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Poole, UK.
