What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for UK Central Government and Northern European public sector clients.
• Architect innovative LLM solutions using Claude to modernize operations and transform citizen services.
• Guide customers from initial technical discovery through evaluation and full-scale deployment.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance for specific public sector use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical implementation with policy objectives.
• Create technical content for audiences ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.

Requirements

• Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Proven experience working with UK public sector organizations and procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, AI DPS).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks or a background in machine learning.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
