Location: Must be based in Europe (EU timezones) and expected to spend one week per month in the Berlin office

What you will do

• Build and maintain 40+ framework integrations including OpenAI SDK, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Design instrumentation patterns (callback handlers, decorators, OTEL) for emerging agent orchestrators.
• Improve core Python and TypeScript SDKs for better performance and context propagation.
• Own integration documentation, quickstart tutorials, and cookbooks to ensure a great onboarding experience.
• Engage with the AI developer community and represent hirify.global in the broader ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deep passion for the LLM ecosystem and experience with AI frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Product-minded engineering approach with a focus on Developer Experience (DX).
• Ability to be self-directed and own outcomes within a small, accountable team.
• Must be located in Europe / EU timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation.
• Contributions to popular open-source projects, SDKs, or developer tools.
• Former founder or early startup experience.
• Active presence in AI/ML developer communities.
