What you will do

  • Develop and enhance automation features for KYC onboarding.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to drive innovation.
  • Implement LLM, OCR, and AI/ML solutions to optimize internal processes.
  • Monitor quality and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a technical role (QA, software development, or technical support).
  • Deep understanding of the US market, including regional product and regulatory nuances.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand APIs and automation frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze data and write basic SQL queries.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
  • Fluent Spanish language.
