What you will do

• Develop overarching omnichannel strategy and marketing briefs for key sub-brands within American Girl.
• Lead promotional activity timelines and deliver quarterly strategic presentations to leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end build-out of the American Girl catalog, including SKU flow and audience sizing.
• Execute day-to-day marketing across assigned segments and monitor sales performance to optimize plans.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of marketing experience in multi-channel Retail or Consumer Products industry.
• Experience in integrated marketing across paid media (digital, influencers, OOH) and owned channels (email, social, print).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for building compelling visual presentations.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California
