TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour

What you will do

  • Process and route incoming digital mail to appropriate departments.
  • Generate and deliver payoff statements to homeowners.
  • Fulfill requests for payment histories, amortization schedules, and other loan records.
  • Research and retrieve missing or historical loan documentation from prior servicers.
  • Handle borrower and third-party requests, including authorizations and escrow waivers.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, banking operations, or document processing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
