TL;DR

Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst (Fintech): Linking operational and business decisions with financial outcomes for the Brokerage team with an accent on revenue and expense target tracking. Focus on developing annual plans, financial forecasts, and creating scalable solutions for business growth.

Location: Based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

  • Synthesize financial business insights and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage performance versus budgets and forecasts.
  • Lead the updating of key financial slides and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop product annual plans, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Build financial models to support business cases for growth and product initiatives.
  • Improve and standardize processes to create scalable solutions for company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of finance experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Mastery of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation software.
  • Must be based in the Menlo Park, CA office.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence decisions through logical reasoning.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL and Looker.
  • Experience with financial reporting software such as Anaplan.
  • Experience in consumer tech products or the financial services industry.
