What you will do

• Perform client due diligence and KYC screening on existing customers across various business units.
• Review and process watch list filtering and negative news alerts generated during customer updates and audits.
• Conduct research via online tools to re-verify entities and beneficial owners.
• Audit partner customers and shared end customers to identify inconsistencies or regulatory concerns.
• Accurately update risk assessments and escalate high-risk clients to management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of team policies and procedures.

Requirements

• College degree with strong academic credentials.
• 1-2+ years of AML experience or related FinTech/financial services experience (especially B2B2C).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across regions and business units.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrencies.
• ACAMS or similar professional certification.
• Experience with MSBs, securities broker-dealers, or commodities futures commission merchants.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
