Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada). Must work in the office twice a week

Salary: CAD 76,500 – 81,750 per year

What you will do

  • Build deep personal relationships with top-tier players via phone and email to develop a tailored premium experience.
  • Curate personalized incentives and exclusive rewards to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze player behavior and engagement patterns using operational tools to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team in strategy sessions and off-site events to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Prioritize player safety and stability in all interactions through Responsible Social Gameplay (RSG) standards.
  • Act as a liaison between players and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to legal obligations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated account management experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Proven effectiveness in developing and retaining high-value client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM database management and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to leverage data into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to meet the hybrid office requirements.
