What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers.
- Deliver proactive, personalised VIP experiences to drive loyalty.
- Build long-term relationships through regular engagement.
- Develop customer profiles to tailor offers, rewards, and experiences.
- Monitor activity, provide insights, and report on satisfaction and feedback.
- Offer bonuses, gifts, and hospitality within guidelines.
- Host and attend VIP events.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Collaborate with teams to optimise campaigns.
- Support mentoring of VIP Hosts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in high-end customer service, VIP, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of online gaming, sportsbook, casino industry (essential).
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, confident, relationship-driven.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel or similar.
- Well-organised, able to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Flexible hours including evenings/weekends; willingness to travel ~25%.
