Account Manager (Pharmaceutical): Selling APIs, solvents, and excipients into the pharmaceutical industry within British Columbia and Alberta with an accent on consultative sales and new business development. Location: Hybrid opportunity for candidates in the Vancouver area, BC. Office location: Pitt Meadows, BC.

Salary: CAN $85,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Build profitable sales in assigned territories through current customers and active prospecting for new business.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to establish long-term, value-based relationships with accounts.
  • Maintain a clear and updated view of the sales pipeline and territory health.
  • Coordinate with local purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Set pricing and service levels, managing customer quotations and coordination.
  • Ensure accurate SFDC data input and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Food, or Beauty & Personal specialty chemicals sales.
  • College or Bachelor's of Science degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.com and Tableau.
  • Clean driver license.
