TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customer portfolios to drive measurable outcomes and retention with an accent on demand-side analytics and value-driven engagement. Focus on bridging the gap between customer needs and product roadmap, optimizing supply chain data usage, and executing business value reviews.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO (Must be in office 3+ days/week). Remote employees will not be considered.

Salary: $115,000 - $166,750 a year

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 10–20 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ranging from day-to-day users to VP-level leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting and data accuracy align with customer objectives.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities using a consultative mindset in partnership with Sales.
  • Conduct business value reviews to increase profitability and ensure customer retention.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable engineering requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or related analytical client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a superior academic record in a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated senior-level consultative selling skills.
  • Outstanding project management, organization, and work ethic.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO, and able to work in the office 3+ days per week.
