What you will do

• Deploy, operate, and improve automation framework components on CaaS with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cloud-Native Applications (CNFs) and Kubernetes Operators.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery.
• Enforce security best practices, including RBAC, TLS, image hygiene, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage end-to-end secrets using HashiCorp Vault, including policies, authentication, and rotation.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform health and performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating production workloads on Kubernetes, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Experience with CNFs and Kubernetes Operators in real-world environments.
• Strong experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of platform security practices (RBAC, TLS, secrets management).
• Practical experience with HashiCorp Vault and its integration into platform workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Familiarity with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Experience working in telco or large-scale distributed environments.
• Scripting or coding skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
