DevOps Engineer (AI/Cloud)

What you will do

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in GitLab using pipelines-as-code, runners, and artifact strategies.
• Manage Kubernetes container platforms, including deployments, ingress, services, and HPA.
• Maintain Docker build and runtime workflows with an emphasis on image optimization and multi-stage builds.
• Embed DevSecOps practices into delivery via SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and policy gates.
• Improve system reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and document technical standards and runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Real production experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid Docker skills, including registry workflows and security best practices.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls in pipelines.
• Good Linux knowledge, networking basics, and Bash scripting (Python is a plus).
• Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, Cyprus, or Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
• Knowledge of Helm.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with container security tooling: Trivy, Grype, OPA, or Kyverno.
