What you will do
- Plan and implement the design and development of new medical device products or software systems.
- Drive execution across the Manufacturing Innovation and Technology project portfolio.
- Oversee the investigation, evaluation, and conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, and processes.
- Manage feasibility studies to ensure designs function as intended from initial concept to market release.
- Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and evaluate personnel to maintain efficient operational functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelorβs degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is only available for Principal-level roles and above).
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Mounds View, MN.
- Capability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Experience operating effectively in a matrixed engineering environment.
