What you will do
- Launch growth experiments including A/B tests, onboarding flows, and copy optimizations.
- Optimize trial-to-paid conversion through UX improvements, CTAs, and in-app nudges.
- Analyze funnel leaks and user behavior using PostHog, GA4, and Clarity.
- Own and optimize high-intent landing pages, pricing, and signup flows.
- Manage paid acquisition tests on Meta and Google Search to analyze ROI and CPL.
- Develop organic growth strategies focusing on SEO, content creation, and inbound lead generation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PLG, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like PostHog, GA4, and HubSpot.
- Proven track record of running UX, pricing, and funnel experiments.
- Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or low-code automation.
- High level of autonomy to define priorities and KPIs.
