Salary: $140,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Execute product launches from messaging to GTM readiness, building segment-specific value props.
• Develop narrative frameworks and translate complex AI capabilities into simple, accurate messaging across all channels.
• Refine ICPs, personas, and pricing/packaging through customer interviews and usage insights.
• Build sales and CS enablement assets, including talk tracks, competitive briefs, and use-case guides.
• Conduct customer and competitive intelligence, including win/loss analysis and market landscape updates.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle and CS teams to improve activation messaging and customer education.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience with proven results.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Experience marketing technical or AI-driven products; legal or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts without losing accuracy.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in using usage data, funnel metrics, and competitive insights to drive decisions.
