What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of the organic growth engine across SEO and AEO.
• Scale AI-driven content initiatives and develop reusable derivative content frameworks.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear messaging for enterprise B2B buyers.
• Establish KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
• Experiment with new content formats and integrate AI tools into content workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or growth content within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of scaling content programs that drive organic traffic or pipeline.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical AI concepts.
• Data-driven approach with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco.

• Experience in contact center technology or CX software.
• Background in hypergrowth startups or scale-up environments.
• Experience in product marketing or solutions marketing.
