What you will do

• Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions, balancing backend stability with frontend performance.
• Build and maintain backend services using Kotlin following clean architecture principles.
• Develop modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Take technical ownership of API design, integration, and lifecycle management using Apigee.
• Operate cloud-native solutions on Azure or AWS, including containerized workloads.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Lead or Senior Full-Stack Engineering role.
• Strong professional experience with Kotlin, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience building and operating systems on Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
• Strong expertise in API management (preferably Apigee) and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Must be available to work onsite in London 3 days a week.

• Experience working with complex, distributed systems.
