What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build and deploy new features and products.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle to drive product progress.
• Uphold and refine standards for code quality, design, performance, and security across the team.
• Write well-thought, efficient, and production-ready code for a globally scaling infrastructure.
• Lead solution design meetings, conduct code reviews, and participate in hiring interviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases and efficient data design and access.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Makati office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elixir, Phoenix, Phoenix LiveView, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or React.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and UNIX systems.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or the legal services industry.
• Experience working within regulated environments or with remote teams.
