What you will do

• Design and build public-facing APIs and Agentic tools for enterprise customers.
• Own integrations with external HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Dayforce.
• Develop and maintain shared platform services used across the engineering organization.
• Implement modern microservices and cloud-native patterns using AWS.
• Write high-quality, scalable code and perform thorough code reviews.
• Own production health through on-call rotations and incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building reliable applications and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven full-stack experience including React.
• Technical depth in networking, security, serverless, or event streams.
• Strong experience with AWS compute, storage, and networking.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Proficiency with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools in development workflows.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or HR Tech.
