TL;DR

Location: Onsite at the Phoenix, AZ VA hospital location. Occasional travel to Bethesda, MD headquarters required.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base + annual bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
  • Develop and execute strategic and clinical outcomes achievement plans for the account.
  • Drive system utilization through training, quarterly account reviews, and nurse engagement.
  • Serve as the project manager for development, content, and configuration requests.
  • Triage and resolve hardware and software issues for the Patient Engagement Platform.
  • Monitor system utilization daily and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-6 years of military work experience.
  • Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
  • Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
  • Adherence to organizational information security policies regarding ePHI and PHI.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience.
  • Previous project management and training experience.
  • Previous military personnel and veterans are encouraged to apply.
