Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base + annual bonus potential.

What you will do
- Manage relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
- Develop and execute strategic and clinical outcomes achievement plans for the account.
- Drive system utilization through training, quarterly account reviews, and nurse engagement.
- Serve as the project manager for development, content, and configuration requests.
- Triage and resolve hardware and software issues for the Patient Engagement Platform.
- Monitor system utilization daily and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-6 years of military work experience.
- Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment required.
- Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
- Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
- Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
- Adherence to organizational information security policies regarding ePHI and PHI.

- Clinical experience.
- Previous project management and training experience.
