What you will do

• Define and operate enterprise-level AI governance frameworks, establishing rules for AI workloads and generative AI tools.
• Configure and manage advanced Microsoft Purview policies, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and audit controls.
• Continually assess AI-related data risks, such as oversharing and data leakage, and drive cross-functional remediation.
• Produce accurate, evidence-ready documentation for privacy reviews and security assessments to meet audit requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to ensure AI adoption remains compliant with global regulations and security standards.
• Translate technical security requirements into clear, business-level guidance for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery, DLP, and data retention) in large-scale M365 environments.
• Deep knowledge of M365 data flows across SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Proven track record in data governance, policy development, and security monitoring.
• Experience navigating complex audit and regulatory landscapes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and eligible for the E-Verify program.

Nice to have

• Experience governing Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar LLM-integrated tools in production.
• Familiarity with automation and reporting via PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or KQL.
