What you will do

• Define and operate enterprise AI governance frameworks and rules of engagement for AI workloads and generative AI tools.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Purview data protection policies, including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention protocols, and audit controls.
• Assess AI-related data risks such as oversharing and leakage, identify compliance gaps, and coordinate remediation.
• Prepare evidence-ready documentation for privacy reviews, security assessments, and internal or external audits.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to align AI adoption with regulations and internal security standards.
• Translate technical security requirements into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, DLP, and data retention in a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 data flows across SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Experience in data governance, policy development, security monitoring, and complex audit or regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical risk concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience governing Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar LLM-integrated tools in production.
• Familiarity with automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or KQL.
