Global Black Belt Security Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with account teams and regional leadership to develop AI security strategies supporting revenue growth, customer retention, and platform expansion.
• Serve as a senior technical authority for strategic AI security opportunities across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, hybrid, and operational technology environments.
• Lead executive briefings, customer workshops, technical evaluations, and Proof of Value engagements focused on AI security outcomes.
• Advise customers on securing GenAI platforms, copilots, AI agents, development environments, and autonomous workflows.
• Mentor pre- and post-sales engineers and account teams on AI security technologies, positioning, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, partners, and executives on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, roadmap influence, enablement, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Security Strategist, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, AI security, data security, or cyber risk management.
• Experience supporting consultative, solution-based sales through technical leadership and subject-matter expertise.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI and cybersecurity concepts.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security architectures spanning cloud, identity, networking, endpoint, email, and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of AI platforms and ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, plus AI risks including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive permissions, agent abuse, and Shadow AI.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience deploying or securing enterprise AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
• Experience with NDR, XDR, SIEM, EDR, cloud security, identity security, email security, or security operations.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF, AISF-1, MITRE ATLAS, ISO 42001, or related guidance.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Security certifications, or CompTIA SecAI+.
• Experience in fast-growth cybersecurity or SaaS organizations.
