Salary: $128,000 - $139,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of 24x7 data center operations, including shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Ensure reliable daily operation of mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and supporting infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate new customer installations, cage designs, power provisioning, and Meet-Me Room (MMR) governance.
• Execute structured change management, incident response, and operational reviews to mitigate risk.
• Champion a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center, colocation, or mission-critical facility operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of generators, ATS, UPS systems, switchgear, chillers, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in structured cabling systems and fiber/copper cross-connect workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and technical documentation.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available).

Nice to have

• Experience in colocation and interconnection-focused facilities.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E electrical safety best practices.
• Knowledge of TIA-942 and/or BICSI structured cabling standards.
