What you will do

• Execute end-to-end consumer giveaway campaigns from ideation to market launch.
• Analyze post-campaign performance and provide recommendations for future optimization.
• Optimize communication and creative channels within CRM tools like Braze.
• Monitor and report on key metrics including DAU, NTM, LTV, and CAC.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research against industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Merchant team to drive app installs through partner channels.

Requirements

• Background in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Redash or SIA.
• Experience with Braze and Confluence.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate research and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
