What you will do

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software system support to all departments of hirify.global.
• Facilitate the design, specification, implementation, and administration of network and communications components.
• Manage network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Linux, and VOIP systems.
• Oversee the operation of Cisco routers, switches, and WAN (Frame Relay, T1, Leased lines).
• Delegate complex technical assignments to streamline operational workflows and optimize resources.
• Analyze and resolve user problems in a timely and efficient manner to maintain system stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Moses Lake, WA, USA.
• 5-7 years of experience working in a multi-vendor network environment.
• Strong technical expertise in network management, Cisco hardware, and WAN technologies.
• Experience in computer operations to support networked environments and workstations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of previous management experience.
