What you will do

• Lead line development across multiple process and equipment technologies from concept through production ramp.
• Develop and scale processes for thermal interface materials and associated chemical handling/dispense systems.
• Specify and qualify advanced joining processes such as ultrasonic and laser welding/brazing.
• Manage equipment suppliers and OEMs from design phase through commissioning and validation.
• Optimize production-scale manufacturing equipment and implement in-line inspection systems for quality control.
• Apply PFMEA, SPC, and DoE methodologies to maintain world-class process capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, chemical handling, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis (SPC, Cp/Cpk) and tools like Minitab or JMP.
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, and vision systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and root cause methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
• Must be able to work on-site in Scotts Valley.
