What you will do

• Own interpretation and flowdown of contract quality and compliance requirements (CQR) across programs.
• Define and maintain quality KPIs (yield, defects, escapes) and establish executive reporting dashboards.
• Lead the root cause and corrective action (RCCA) framework and manage high-severity systemic RCA efforts.
• Coordinate quality standards and processes across SQE, HQE, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
• Implement scalable processes to ensure production readiness and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in quality, reliability, manufacturing, or mission assurance roles.
• Experience owning quality systems in regulated environments (AS9100 / ISO 9001).
• Strong experience with RCCA tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and DMAIC.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hawthorne, California for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense contracts and CQR / compliance requirements.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience supporting customer, regulatory, and internal audits.
• Familiarity with both supplier and production quality (SQE + QE/QC).
