TL;DR

Location: New York, New York, United States

OTE salary: $240,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive ecosystem-led product growth by identifying and executing strategic partnerships to boost adoption, expansion, and revenue for Mosaic.
  • Own partner-driven programs and growth motions from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmap and solutions leveraging partner capabilities.
  • Work with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and GTM for partner offerings.
  • Source, evaluate, structure partnerships, and manage executive relationships.
  • Lead integrations, enable sales and customer teams, and measure partner impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product partnerships, technology alliances, ecosystem roles, or senior product management with partner ownership
  • Proven track record driving complex cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch
  • Strong understanding of platform products, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience working with Product Management and Marketing to launch offerings
  • Business judgment for structuring and negotiating partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in identity, fraud, cybersecurity, or adjacent ecosystems
  • Background in enterprise B2B products with complex architectures
  • Building ecosystem-led solutions or joint product motions
