What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for hospitality customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions within internal support platforms.
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team.
- Advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback and interactions.
- Operate within a 24/7 roster/schedule, including weekends, to ensure high availability of support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Basic proficiency with iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SaaS products or iOS applications.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French written and verbal communication.
