TL;DR

AI Engineer (AI): Integrating AI-generated code and automating the software development lifecycle with an accent on prompt engineering and agent workflows. Focus on optimizing code integration for a large production codebase, designing AI-assisted SDLC processes, and building data pipelines for business intelligence.

Location: 100% Remote. Ability to work with partial overlap to US Eastern Time (until at least 2–3 pm EST) is required.

A US-based technology company establishing a new AI Lab to optimize their enterprise-level software development.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-generated code from tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot into a 1.1M+ line production codebase.
• Design and optimize AI-assisted software development processes, including prompt engineering and agent workflows.
• Develop tools and workflows to streamline code review, testing, and deployment of AI-generated code.
• Work with stakeholders to define and document architecture and requirements for AI agents.
• Support the creation of data pipelines and architecture for business intelligence and future AI/ML model training.
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection and real-time monitoring of operational data.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or a related field (Junior candidates are welcome).
• Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA, and automated testing.
• Proficiency in at least one of: .NET (C#), React, React Native, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and familiarity with SaaS architectures.
• Ability to work with partial overlap to US Eastern Time (New York time zone, until at least 2–3 pm EST).

Nice to have

• Experience with data engineering, data pipelines, or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with agent-based development, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimization.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise codebases.
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar AI architectures.
• Knowledge of construction tech or workforce management domains.
