What you will do

• Participate in a 3-month LAUNCH training program with technical training, certifications, and shadowing in AI solutions.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals: model types (transformers, embeddings, diffusion), data pipelines, inference workflows.
• Proficiency in Python; exposure to FastAPI, Flask.
• Familiarity with GenAI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps: Git, DVC, CI/CD, observability, deployment.
• Experience in academic/personal AI/ML projects, internship/co-op in software/data engineering, or AI/ML/cloud bootcamp/certificate.
• Graduated with technical degree by 6/8/26 or equivalent bootcamp completion.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Prior intern, co-op, or research in IT/software.
• Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft MS-900, GCP Cloud Engineer.
