What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-site support for San Francisco employees and visiting executives.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Okta and other IAM tools.
• Deliver hands-on support for Mac and Windows devices to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with Workplace and People Operations teams to manage office projects and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Document IT processes and maintain a shared knowledge base for the team.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to refine IT infrastructure and enhance team experiences.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Okta administration or a strong interest in learning Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with admin tools in Zoom, Slack, Gmail, or Atlassian.
• Technical background in printers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic A/V equipment.
• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid onsite support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Slack Admin, Okta Admin, or Google Workspace Admin.
• Experience with JAMF and Intune.
• Apple certifications such as ACMT or ACiT.
