What you will do

• Lead Final Mile Managers, partners, and 3PL relationships to ensure operational performance and SOP execution.
• Oversee key metrics including cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery percentages, and return/exchange rates.
• Drive continuous KPI improvements and analyze innovations to reduce costs within Final Mile operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store, inventory, and distribution management to resolve field issues and damage claims.
• Manage the financial acumen of HUBs, performing invoice reviews to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
• Provide leadership, tools, and training to ensure 3PL providers and managers are successful.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Successful track record of leading teams remotely within the Retail or Furniture Logistics industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams).
• College degree preferred.
