What you will do

• Manage shipment creation, scheduling, booking, and tracking while acting as an escalation point for urgent issues.
• Monitor on-time performance, identify risks, and audit load and rate data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and driver partners to streamline workflows and resolve mis-sorts.
• Track performance trends and provide data-driven insights to leadership for proactive service adjustments.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices to maintain a people-first collaborative environment.
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and cross-functional partners to ensure reliable execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues under pressure, such as delays and breakdowns.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tools like Slack or Zendesk.
• Data analysis skills to identify performance trends.
• High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
