What you will do

  • Ship growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, ranging from quick A/B tests to larger feature bets.
  • Synthesize quantitative funnel data and qualitative research to prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities.
  • Align stakeholders across PM, Engineering, and leadership to build buy-in for short-term wins and long-term systems.
  • Design flexible, reusable patterns and modular components that enable the broader organization to scale experimentation.
  • Act as a growth consultant for other teams, providing frameworks and design guidance to execute growth moments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
  • 8–12+ years of experience with a track record of operating at staff level or above.
  • Proven experience in growth design or Product-Led Growth (PLG) contexts, understanding funnels and activation loops.
  • Proficiency in using both quantitative analytics and qualitative research to drive design decisions.
  • Scalable systems mindset with the ability to build patterns and frameworks rather than just screens.
  • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills for collaborating in a fast-moving environment.
