Salary: $143,400 - $205,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable full-stack code with a focus on observability and resilience.
• Lead technical vision for secure identity protocols, including authentication and authorization.
• Coach and empower junior engineers to help them level up and own larger epics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define the vision and scope of product areas.
• Champion the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design to production monitoring.
• Participate in a service ownership model, including stand-by and on-call duties.

Requirements

• U.S. government security clearance/citizenship eligibility for FedRAMP-authorized systems.
• Proficiency in writing clean full-stack code using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with large-scale, highly available distributed systems and SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in developing resilient backend services on a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Experience developing secure and intuitive RESTful APIs and interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., BitBucket, Jenkins, CircleCI).

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless and Lambda-based implementations.
• Broad experience implementing various cloud design patterns.
