What you will do

• Obtain and pledge optimal collateral to B3, aligning with B3 haircut regimes and risk/return requirements.
• Research and execute optimal government bond, FX spot, and NDF carry strategies to support collateral sourcing.
• Source, roll, and refinance optimal stock borrow positions to support Brazil equity short positions.
• Track and monitor carry upon stock borrow positions and their respective collateral.
• Analyze, explain, and optimize B3 margin requirements.
• Produce detailed carry metrics and management-level summaries for PMs on equities, bonds, futures, options, and interest rate swaps.

Requirements

• Experience in buy-side or sell-side functions with high levels of PnL and risk accountability.
• Strong understanding of equities trading and post-trading flows, especially regarding stock borrow.
• Deep knowledge of B3 margining, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Strong understanding of short-term FX, bond, and interest rate products.
• Proven track record of delivery and experience working closely with Traders and PMs.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of EQ.
