Senior Associate

TL;DR

Senior Associate (Embedded Risk): Proactively monitoring and assessing operational risks in Asset Management Operations with an accent on risk reviews, control enhancements, and remediation efforts. Focus on conducting RCSA, identifying KRIs, challenging control frameworks, and partnering with business units and technology teams to close risk gaps.

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (office-based)

What you will do

• Embed in business units to proactively hunt for risks, conduct reviews, and recommend control improvements.
• Challenge and enhance the risk and control framework while partnering with operations, technology, and cross-asset teams.
• Perform risk analysis using KRIs, drive risk meeting agendas, and support line managers on remediation.
• Facilitate RCSA processes to ensure templates reflect current risks and issues are properly remediated.
• Collaborate with global risk managers to share best practices and integrate with broader Asset Management Risk team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in operational processing and controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical skills, control mindset, and data analytics proficiency (Excel, Alteryx, SharePoint)
• Proven track record in process improvement, risk management, and project management
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and learn quickly while staying current with market trends
