Location: 100% onsite in Knoxville, TN (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Support complex end-user technologies and hardware systems.
• Deploy operating system installations using MECM (SCCM).
• Utilize PXE and Boot media to perform OS imaging from servers in production environments.
• Manage users and systems via Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra.
• Handle software deployment and endpoint management using Bigfix.
• Manage technical tickets through ServiceNow and provide remote assistance via BeyondTrust (Bomgar).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience supporting complex end-user technologies.
• Proficiency with MECM (SCCM), PXE, and network boot methods.
• Working knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
• Must be based in Knoxville, TN for a 100% onsite role.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Group Policies.
• Knowledge of building system images.
