What you will do

• Perform Business Transformation Assessments (BTA) and document IT assets onsite.
• Implement and troubleshoot core networking and server technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations teams to execute client management and maintenance plans.
• Resolve user computing issues requiring onsite remediation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and Line of Business (LoB) application providers for technical requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and onsite labor within the company ticket system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT field services.
• Proficiency in Windows Server (2012-2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
• Fundamental understanding of networking technologies, including Cisco Meraki and HP.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MSP experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Service Management, and HaloPSA Platform.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, or ITF+.
