What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019+) per security standards.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure including Virtual Apps/Desktops, StoreFront, and Director.
• Implement Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Apply DISA STIGs, patches, hardening, and support backups/recovery for high availability.
• Collaborate on cybersecurity compliance with RMF and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Document configurations, changes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance (TS/SCI)
• 5+ years as Windows Systems Engineer or Administrator
• Strong Citrix administration (Virtual Apps/Desktops, Studio, Director, StoreFront)
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF; troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V)
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE)
• DoD/IC/federal contractor experience
• SolarWinds, SCCM, WSUS familiarity
