NPI Manager (Engineering)

NPI Manager (Engineering): Leading a team of program and project managers to deliver machine control hardware and software platforms with an accent on the product life cycle and grade control NPI programs. Focus on coordinating large-scale portfolios, optimizing the T5 development process, and ensuring the efficient delivery of integrated machine systems.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mossville, IL or Dayton, OH, USA. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Machine Systems program and project managers for NPI execution.
• Manage large-scale programs and portfolios supporting hirify.global and Trimble strategies.
• Own and optimize the CTCT Machine Systems development process (T5).
• Partner with Technical Directors and Product Managers to establish standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain metrics to measure product life cycle targets including time, cost, quality, and content.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow their professional skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cross-functional project teams and machine system or software development organizations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic programs.
• Direct people management experience, including performance and career planning.
• Deep understanding of the grade control industry and ability to bring quality products to production.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Must have US work authorization (No visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Grade Control machine software NPI experience.
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Recognized certification in Project Management.
